If you do not wish to renew a certificate, you can set it to 'Let Expire'.

NOTE: This article only applies to signed SSL certificates purchased through Comodo.

  1. Navigate to the (Panel > 'Domains' > 'Secure Hosting') page.

  3. On this page click the Let Expire button.

When the term for the certificate has expired your website will no longer show a secure lock when visiting HTTPS. Only expire a certificate if you no longer need to secure your website.
