Windows 10 mail

  1. Click the 'Start' menu and search for the 'Mail' app.
  2. Once opened, click 'Add account'.
  3. Scroll down and click 'Advanced setup'.
  4. Click Internet email.
  5. Enter your information. View the 'Email client configuration' article for instructions on how to find this information. Make sure to input your full email address into the 'User name' field.
  6. For the 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' email server, you must enter your specific email servername. View the 'Email configuration' article for information.
  7. The 'Account type' can be POP or IMAP, but IMAP is recommended.
  8. Check all the check boxes and click Sign in.
  9. You should then see it was set up successfully. Click Done.
