This article explains how to update your domain's DNS records at Cloudflare after pointing the domain's nameservers.
Background
Your domain's DNS records are controlled at the company its nameservers are pointing to. After pointing the nameservers to Cloudflare, you will need to make any future DNS adjustments within their panel.
This article assumes you have already created a Cloudflare account and your domain's nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare.
How to update DNS records at Cloudflare
These steps are only necessary if you have previously added custom DNS records at DreamHost. If so, you must log into your Cloudflare account to update these settings.

Waiting for DNS to update
After the records are updated, it will take several hours for them to update online. You can check the status of the updates using the following tools:
