Overview
This article explains how to adjust your current DreamPress plan.
Please keep in mind the following before proceeding:
- You can only change to a new DreamPress plan.
- You cannot change from monthly to annual billing.
- To move your site to another hosting plan, see this article instead.
- Available plans are determined by your monthly visitors. See this article for more information.
Changing DreamPress plans
To change your DreamPress plan to a different one:
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Scroll to the Active Plans section to locate your DreamPress plan.
- To the right, click the Manage button to open the plan page.
- Under the Change Plan section, select your new plan and complete the order.
Migrate from an older DreamPress plan to a new one
To move from an older plan:
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Scroll to the Active Plans section to locate your DreamPress plan.
- To the right, click the Manage button to open the plan page.
- Towards the bottom of the page, click Migrate off DreamPress. A pop-up appears, recommending that you back up your current site before migrating.
- Select your new DreamPress plan from the dropdown.
- Click the Migrate off DreamPress button.
