DreamHost's goal is for you to have as close to 0 wait time as possible—within a few minutes via Live Chat and one to two hours via email.

What are the hours of DreamHost technical support?

Can I use a phone number to reach DreamHost or technical support?

DreamHost does not have a call-in phone number for technical support. However, callbacks can be scheduled when contacting support and are prioritized in the queue.

Are callbacks included in the account?
