This article explains how to identify which cluster your DreamObjects account currently resides on and the features it supports.
Background
DreamHost is currently in the process of migrating DreamObjects to a new hardware platform.
As your account data is migrated, you may notice differences in the features supported on the new hardware. The information below lists the most important changes you need to be aware of.
Identifying your cluster
To identify which cluster your data resides on:
- Visit the DreamObjects page.
- Make a note of one of the following hostnames to the right of your username.
- objects-us-east-1.dream.io
- s3.us-east-005.dream.io
- Use this hostname to identify which cluster your data is hosted on in the table below.
The following table lists the old and new clusters along with their supported features.
