The Website Logs page in the DreamHost panel gives you direct access to your site's error and access logs, making it easy to monitor traffic and troubleshoot errors. It is available for any domain added to a hosting plan.

Log retention policy
- The Logs tab in the panel is only available for domains added to a hosting plan
- The Logs tab data relies on data from your site's access.log and error.log files
- Per GDPR, DreamHost stores HTTP logs by default for 7 days
How do I view my website logs in the panel?
To view your logs:
- Navigate to the Manage Websites page.
- Click the Manage button to open Website settings, which allows you to modify various configurations for your site.
- Click the Logs tab.
How do I switch between error and access logs?
The Website Logs page displays error logs by default. To view access logs instead, click the Access Logs tab at the top of the page. See the following articles for more information:
