Overview
You can add a Dedicated Server plan to your account or upgrade an existing hosting plan to a Dedicated Server.
How do I add (or upgrade to) a Dedicated Server?
To add a Dedicated Server:
Navigate to the Dedicated page.
Click the Get Started button.
Select a Monthly or Yearly option.
Select the following from the available plan options:
CPU Cores: Select the desired number of CPU Cores.
Storage: Select the amount of SSD storage.
RAM: Select the amount of RAM.
Click the Add to cart button. A page opens allowing you to confirm your order summary.
Click the Submit Order button.
Please note Dedicated server provisions may require up to three business days.
How do I upgrade an old Dedicated Server plan?
If you want to move from your current Standard (formerly 'Blue Moon') Dedicated Server to a new plan, log in to your panel and create a ticket for support on the Contact Support page. After support responds, please allow at least 3 days for this to occur.
