Sub-account access to DreamObjects or DreamCompute

DreamObjects cluster migration

DreamHost is currently in the process of migrating all DreamObjects accounts to a new hardware platform.

Please review this article to identify the cluster your DreamObjects account currently resides on and the features it supports.

Overview

It is currently not possible to assign Account privileges so a sub-account can access DreamObjects or DreamCompute.

This means that when you create a new sub-account, the user will see the services greyed out in the Cloud Services menu when they log into their account

Who can access this menu?

It is currently only possible for the primary account owner to access the Cloud Services menu.
