Overview
This article explains the various features on the DreamHost panel Home page and how to use them.
Opening the Home page
The Home page opens automatically when you log in to your DreamHost panel. You can also access it anytime by:
- Clicking the Home button in the left menu.
- Visiting the Home page link directly.
Home page sections
The following sections appear.
Available Offers
This section displays current DreamHost offers and promotions available for your account.
Stay Informed
This section helps you stay aware of your site's status and account activity. You can switch between:
- Alerts — View messages about your products and services.
- Updates — Lists the latest DreamHost announcements, new features, and blog posts with company news and highlights.
- Support — Review your previous interactions with the DreamHost Support team. Click any message to open it on the Support History page.
Your Sites at a Glance
This section displays up to eight of your websites. To change which sites are shown, click Edit List to add or remove sites as needed. Each site section displays:
- Site name and plan type

Status icon — Shows the site’s overall health, including:
- Green checkmark — No issues detected, your site is functioning normally.
- Orange icon — Action is needed.

Red icon — A critical issue is affecting the site.
If your site shows an orange or red status, click Manage. This opens the Manage Websites dashboard tab for that domain, where you can view details about the detected issue and then take action.
- Quick links — Opens the DNS, WordPress, File Manager, and the Manage Email pages. Click the respective icon to open each page.
- Manage button — Opens the full management options within the Manage Websites page.
- Three-dot menu (⋯) — Opens shortcuts to additional management options.
Use the arrows on each domain section to view different data panels, including:
- Website Security — Shows DreamShield scan date, SSL certificate, HTTPS, and firewall status.
- 7 Day Visitor Traffic — Displays recent traffic statistics.
- Logs — Opens access and error logs.
