Overview
DreamHost gives you a 60-day grace period to pay your monthly bill. If not paid within 60 days, your account is suspended, and services go offline. If needed, you can request a payment extension from DreamHost support.
If your account is 30 days past due, web panel access will be restricted until the balance is paid.
When does my balance need to be paid?
Your monthly bill is due at the end of each billing cycle, based on the date you originally opened your account. If the balance is unpaid after 30 days, your panel access becomes restricted. After 60 days, the account is marked as delinquent and will be suspended. During this time, you’ll receive reminder emails until the balance is paid or the account is suspended. You can read more about account suspension in this article.

Getting a payment extension
Payment extensions are only available for accounts in good standing and not yet suspended.
If you need some additional time to make your payment past the 60-day grace period, contact DreamHost support on the Contact Support page to request a payment extension. DreamHost is able to provide an extension of an additional 30 days, on top of the 60-day grace period. If you need more time, please indicate this in your request.
