Overview
This article explains how to delete a Shared Hosting plan if you have an additional plan active such as Email, VPS, or Dedicated Hosting.
Visit the Manage Account page to view a list of active hosting plans such as Shared, VPS, Dedicated, or DreamPress.
Deleting a shared plan
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Locate your shared Hosting plan. To the right, click the Manage button.
- Click Start Cancellation to proceed.
- Click the red Cancel Plan button to confirm the cancellation.
If there is time left on the plan, it will remain active until the billing period ends.
Reactivating a plan
To reactivate the plan before the billing period ends:
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Click the Manage button to the right of the plan. A page opens displaying a 'Cancellation Pending' notice.
- Click the Reactivate button.
