Overview
This article explains how to delete a Shared Hosting plan if you have an additional plan active, such as Email, Managed VPS, or Dedicated Hosting.
Visit the Manage Account page to view a list of active hosting plans.
Deleting a shared plan
The following stepes cancel your Shared hosting plan.
Please note that Shared Starter and Shared Unlimited plans are no longer available for purchase.
This means it will not be possible to add these plans again after they are canceled. You would instead need to purchase a new Web Hosting plan.
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Locate your shared Hosting plan. To the right, click the Manage button.

Scroll down and click the Cancel button to proceed.
During this process, you will have the option to keep your domain registrations active and accessible within your current account.
- Select one of the following options in the dropdown menu that appears:
- No Hosting (DNS Only) — removes hosting and sets your domain to DNS Only.
- Another Hosting Service — removes hosting and transfers the website to another available plan.
- Click the Cancel Plan button to confirm the cancellation.
If there is time left on the plan, it will remain active until the billing period ends.
Reactivating a plan
To reactivate the plan before the billing period ends:
- Navigate to the Manage Account page.
- Click the Manage button to the right of the plan. A page opens displaying a 'Cancellation Pending' notice.
- Click the Reactivate button.
