How much does a callback cost?

The following plans include callbacks as part of the hosting plan cost:

Hosting plan Callbacks
Dedicated Server plans 3 free callbacks per month
DreamPress 'Plus' plans 3 free callbacks per month
DreamPress 'Pro' plans 5 free callbacks per month

For all other hosting plans, the following paid add-on options are available:

Callback option Price
One-time only $9.95
Three callbacks every month $14.95/month

Can I call in to support?

DreamHost does not have a call-in telephone number. The only option to speak directly with DreamHost support is to request a callback.

What languages are callback available?

Callbacks are primarily provided in English. If you prefer a callback in Spanish, please indicate so in your support request, and DreamHost will accommodate this if possible. 

What hours are callbacks available?

Callbacks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Requesting a callback

  1. Visit the Contact Support page.
  2. On the top right, click the Contact Support button.
  3. Fill out the form that appears with a detailed description of what you require assistance with.
  4. Next to the Request a Callback section, click the Request a Callback button.
  5. Enter your phone number and preferred time for the callback.
  6. Click the Request a Callback button to complete the request.

If you cannot access your account, the only way to contact support is to use the online contact form:

Canceling phone service

To cancel a phone service plan:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Account page.
  2. Find the phone service under the section titled Active Plans.
  3. Click the Manage button to the right.
  4. Click the Start Cancellation button to proceed with the cancellation process.
