Moving from a Shared Starter hosting plan

Overview

This article describes the various ways you can move from a Shared Starter hosting plan:

Plan no longer available

This article refers to a Shared Starter hosting plan that is no longer available for purchase.

The steps below apply only to customers who have previously purchased this plan.

The following sections explain how to move from a Shared Starter hosting plan to another plan.

To upgrade:

Navigate to the Manage Account page.
To the right of your Shared Starter plan, click the Manage button.
Scroll down to the Discover our new hosting plans section. You will see the three Web Hosting plans.
Select a payment term.
Under your chosen Web Hosting plan, click the Select Plan button.
Review your new plan details and click Submit Order to complete the purchase.

When purchasing, you can choose to move ALL of your users and domains to the new VPS.
