Enabling an HTML signature

Plain text emails are enabled by default, so if your signature uses HTML (links, images, and/or formatting), you also need to turn on HTML when composing emails.

  1. Click Settings in the left pane.
  2. From the list, choose Identities.
  3. From the list, click your email address.
  4. Add your signature in the window that opens.
  5. Click Save.

Using hyperlinks in a message

Hyperlinks can be added from the Compose page. To add a hyperlink:

  1. Create a new email message.
  2. Click the Insert/edit link icon at the top of the message window.
  3. Input the URL you wish to link to, along with the text you want the link to display.
  4. When finished, click the Save button to save your link.
