Yes. See this article to learn more about specific refund policies.

What operating system runs on a shared server?

Shared plans run on the Ubuntu operating system.

Are MySQL databases included on a shared server?

No. A shared server only runs website files. Any databases you add in your panel will default to a separate shared MySQL server.

You can also purchase a MySQL VPS, but this would be a second server in addition to your Shared Hosting plan.

Is Wildcard DNS supported?

No. However, you can add Wildcard DNS if you upgrade to a VPS plan. Please contact support to enable it.
