Changing your billing plan overview

Overview

The following describes how to change the billing plan for various DreamHost services you may be using.

You can find your account's current plans under the Active Plans section on the Manage Account page.

Website hosting plans

This section lists plans to host your website.

Shared Starter and Shared Unlimited Hosting plans

To modify these plans:

1. Navigate to the Manage Account page.
2. Click the Manage button to the right of the current plan.
3. On the next page, select a billing option.

Web Hosting

To modify these plans:

1. Navigate to the Manage Account page.
2. Click the Manage button to the right of the current plan.
3. On the next page, select a billing option.

VPS

To modify your VPS plan:

1. Navigate to the Servers page.
2. Click the Manage button to the right of your current VPS.
3. Click the Upgrade Plan button in the top right corner of the page to see your plan options.

Dedicated Server

Contact support if you would like to move to a different Dedicated Server configuration/billing plan.

DreamPress

To make changes to your DreamPress plan:

1. Navigate to the Manage Websites page.
2. Click the Manage button to open Website settings, which allows you to modify various configurations for your site.
   • If in Grid view, click the Manage button at the bottom of the website box.
   • If in List view, click the Manage button at the far right of your domain name.
3. Click the Dashboard tab. Your DreamPress plan page displays.
4. Click the Change Plan button.

Paid Email add-on plan

Use the following instructions if you have a paid email add-on plan:

1. Navigate to the Manage Email page.
2. Click the Manage email subscription link to view the available billing plan options.
3. Choose a billing plan.
4. Click the Save Changes button to save your new billing plan.
