Overview

The following describes how to change the billing plan for various DreamHost services you may be using.

Refunds when changing from a Yearly plan to Monthly plan

Please note that if you change your billing plan from Yearly to Monthly, you are not entitled to a refund. However, an account credit will be provided for the remaining balance. View the following article to view DreamHost's refund policies.

Viewing your account's current plans

You can find your account's current plans under the Active Plans section on the Manage Account page. View the following article for more information:

Shared Starter and Shared Hosting

To make changes to your Shared Starter or Shared Hosting plan:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Account page.
  2. Click the Manage button to the right of the current plan.
  3. On the next page, select a billing option.

VPS

To modify your VPS plan:

  1. Navigate to the VPS page.
  2. Click the Change Plan button to the right of your current VPS to see your plan options.

DreamPress

To make changes to your DreamPress plan:

  1. Navigate to the Managed WordPress page.
  2. Click the Manage button for the plan you want to edit.
  3. Click the Edit/Remove Plan button.

Dedicated Server

Contact support if you would like to migrate to a different Dedicated Server configuration/billing plan. Support will then migrate the data for you. View the following article for further information:

Paid Email

  1. Navigate to the Manage Email page.
  2. Click the Manage Mail Subscription button to view the available billing plan options.
