The Domain Settings page

 

Overview

This article provides an overview of the Domain Settings page in the panel. This page provides a streamlined view of your domain allowing you to easily configure settings and add new services

Opening the Domain Settings page

To open the Domain Settings page:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Websites page.
  2. Click the Manage button to open the Domain Settings page, which allows you to adjust various settings for your site.
    • If in Grid view, click the Manage button at the bottom of the website box.
    • If in List view, click the Manage button at the far right of your domain name.
The Domain's Settings page opens.

Grid or List view

You can view your websites in either Grid or List View.

Grid View shows basic information for all your domains in a graphical grid format (the screenshot of your site(s) updates every 24 hours).

List View  grid view icon

List View shows all of your domains in a list-style view, which is ideal if you have many domains to display.

Domain setting tabs 

The following tabs appear at the top of the page:

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides a quick snapshot of the major domain settings mentioned below.

Content

The Content tab is where you can manage various aspects of your website contents, such as:

Traffic

The Traffic tab displays your website's visitor and bots information:

WordPress

The WordPress tab only displays if you have previously installed WordPress using the DreamHost installer or purchased a DreamPress plan. This tab displays options to manage your WordPress installation such as:

DreamPress sites also have the added options of creating a Staging Website.

Security

The Security tab is where you can add and manage website security tools such as:

Settings

The Settings tab is where you can change website configurations such as:

DreamPress sites also have the added option of configuring Bunny CDN.

DNS

The DNS tab is where you can view and customize your website's DNS records. See this article to learn more about adjusting DNS records.
